Oh Well,
I just came out from my In-Camp reservist force training from Weds, Having my weekend break now bore the big run tom.
The joke is this, I forgot totally about the difference between able to run far and able to run fast.
Speed endurance is something that I have been lacking for a long time and It clearly shows.
In fact, I can feel that i have alot more slow twitch muslce fibres.. imagine, for those guys familiar. SBJ went down by 25cm, Shuttle run went down by almost 1 sec, 2.4 slower by almost 1.30.. breathing and lungs were cool but the muscles were unable to react. Hahaha.
Need the full day rest today to rest this fast twitch exertions that I had on Friday evening.
Carboloading... nah.. maybe minimal, I have a craving for burger kings
I shall have that after collecting my race pack. Cheers!
